Pan-Seared Salmon Butter Lemon Sauce

I. Ingredients:

3-4 piece of Salmon Fillet (~150g/pc)

40g President Unsalted Butter (5 portion)

Olive Oil (Should use Pomace Olive Oil)

Fresh Lemon

Chopped garlic

Honey

Parsley

pan-fried salmon

II. Instructions: 

  1. First, season both side of Salmon with salt & pepper. 
  2. In a hot pan, add in olive oil (should use pomace olive oil) and Place the Salmon into the pan (If you use  Salmon with skin-on, sear with the skin-side down first then flip and finish cooking the second side). Next, melting 40g (5 portion) of President Unsalted Butter and chopped garlic. 
  3. Tilt pan to spoon garlic butter over Salmon for 1 minutes on each side. 
  4. Add in 20ml lemon juice, tsp lemon zest, 10ml (around 2tsp) honey. Then stir well and Let them simmer about 3 minutes. 
  5. Transfer the Salmon to plates, pour the sauce over the Salmon and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  6. And the Salmon Butter Lemon Sauce is ready!
