Gouda Cheese is the name given to various, thinly sliced, cheeses traditionally produced from the Dutch city of Gouda. Basically, Gouda cheese is not much different from Mozzarella, also soft, also melts when hot, also used to make dishes like pizza, cheese sticks, pasta... However, this cheese has a taste.
