Abundantly fruity and delicious tart is made up of all butter shortcrust pastry, a vanilla-flavoured filling made using free-range eggs, and finished with pretty, fresh apple slices, arranged on top by hand.

Preheat the oven to 210°C for about 10 minutes.
Take the tart out of the freezer and remove all packaging even the mould. Then, place the tart on a baking tray. Heat it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool for about 20 minutes before serving.
