Using the Manzanilla olives, which are probably the most well-known in Spain and are sometimes known as Spanish Olives. They are usually picked unripe and are small to medium in size.
Well round, fleshy, soft pulp, with small core and smooth taste, they are therefore versatile in the combination of flavors.
Ingredients:
Pitted green manzanilla olives, water, Anchovy paste (6%) (FISH) [ANCHOVY, stabiliser (E401)], salt, flavour enhancer (E621), acids (E330, E270), antioxidant (E300).
