Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese produced in a unique territory. Latteria Soresina selects and ages only the best wheels, to guarantee all the excellence. It is slightly sharp, complex and layered, a bit fruity, though nutty is the predominant characteristic and most typical descriptive. It leaves a wonderful aftertaste on the tongue.
Aging Duration: Over 14 months
Ingredients: Cow's mlik, salt, rennet.
Storage: Store between +2° and +8° C. Once opened, consume preferably within 7 days.
