Classic Deli is part of Classic Fine Foods which is the leading food service operator in vietnam since the company opened its subsidiary there in 2005.

Classic Fine Foods is the preferred supplier of the most famous hotels and restaurants in Vietnam.

Today, Classic Deli allows the online shopper to enjoy exceptional ingredients and unique gourmet products used by the most demanding chefs around the world.

Classic Deli is able to deliver within Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hanoi.

How to place an order ?

You can order following the below process : 

  1. go to the website
  2. register (user name and password) or sign in
  3. Choose your products and place your order. Note : All orders are subject to availability of the goods. The inclusion of any product on our site does not imply, warrant or guarantee that the product will be available by the time it is purchased.
  4. Choose the location for delivery
  5. choose the payment method and proceed with the payment
  6. you will receive a confirmation email
  7. the delivery will arrive at your door within 4 to 5 hours.

3. Deliveries

How it will be delivered ?

Once you’ve placed your order, it’s sent directly to our logistic platform. Once it’s prepared and ready to ship, our delivery team will pick up your order and deliver to your home. Classic Deli operates deliveries within Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi.

When do you deliver ?

From the reception of the order, the delivery usually takes up 4 to 5 working hours 

Our operating hours are 

  • From Monday to Friday :  9am - 5pm 
  • Saturday: 9am to 3pm
  • We are closed on Sunday

Our next day delivery service is available from Monday-Friday with a delivery cut of time at 2pm

For a Monday morning delivery, all orders will need to be placed by 2pm on the Friday before. 

If your order is placed after 2pm, we will do our best to have it delivered to you on Monday

Do I have to tip the delivery man?

Whether you tip or not is completely up to you. 

Can I place orders in advance?

Yes! You can schedule your orders in advance and choose the delivery time slot when placing your order online

Contact-less delivery : What happens if no one is home ?

If our driver arrives and there is no one home, we will call your contact number. If there is no response or you are not at home, your delivery will be left in a safe place outside. We cannot arrange redelivery.

How is packaged my order ?

We are certified ISO 22000:2018.

Our packagings are certified food grade which means they fully respect the food safety standards.

We strictly follow the cold chain requirements under ISO22000 standards.

Our frozen products are packed with carbonic ice to ensure the goods are maintained at the right temperature, upon delivery to your door.

Our chilled products are packed with gel ice following the same safety process.

Can I collect my order ?

Yes, you can pick up your order directly at our warehouse. 

How does it work for Click & Collect  ?

You can pick up your order at our warehouse during our operating hours :

- From Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm 

- Saturday: 9am to 3pm

- We are closed on Sunday

How do I contact the Customer Service ?

Customer service is available from Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm Saturday: 8am to 3pm (Except lunch time 12pm to 1.30pm)

4. Payments & Refunds

How do I pay ?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments on the website are secure with Stripe.

If products from your order are missing upon the delivery you have two possibilities :

Return and Refund policy : how does it work ?

We offer a refund if an item in your order is damaged or out of date on arrival. Please refer to the "Return Policy" for more details

We ask you please to explain the issue encountered and to provide pictures of damaged goods or out of date products. 

Our Customer Service Team will come back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that any claim should be notified to our customer service within 24 hours after delivery.

Prices of our products are subject to changes without prior notice.

Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be miss-prices. If an error relates to the products for which you have placed an order, we will notify you at the email address or the telephone number that have been provided at the registration and ask whether you would like to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it.
