These Tagliatelle with The Wheat Germ and Egg are ideal base for fish and meat seasonings. They’ve an excellent consistency, given by the shape of the pasta.
Simple recipe: prepare some fresh chopped tomatoes and lightly warm with two garlic cloves in extra virgin olive oil.
Add to the drained pasta , with your favorite seasoning , mix and serve immediately.
