Frozen Black Truffles are good alternative to fresh truffles and available for you all year round. They are delicious replacement to the seasonal fresh truffles. These truffles were flash frozen to preserve their delicate flavour and scrumptious aroma. 

Just use them as you would use fresh truffles, shave them for your pasta, eggs, risotto. When finished just put them back to the freezer.
