300g     Wedges President Manchego cheese divided into 12 even pieces

3           Eggs quartered

Step 1:

Line bottom of tart micro greens.

 

Step 2:

Layer with 1 piece of prosciutto, 1 ½ inch piece of Manchego, and egg wedge.

85g       Smoked salmon

2           Radishes thinly sliced

    Dill

Step 1:

Fit a pastry bag with an open star tip and fill with rondel Garlic and Herb cheese

 

Step 2:

Step 3:

Layer with salmon, radish slice, and finish with a little dill
