Ingredients:
6pcs Tomatoes
577g President Goat cheese
60ml Olive oil
1 tsp Rosemary dried
6 Bibb Lettuce Leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Progression of the recipe:
Step 1:
Slice the tops off tomatoes and scoop out the pulp. Invert to drain.
Step 2:
Cut each President Goat milk cheese log into pieces and put one piece in each tomato.
Step 3:
Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Step 4:
Arrange in a baking dish, cover loosely with foil wrap and bake under the broiler for 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 5:
Place on lettuce leaves and serve with crusty baguettes.
