Preparation

Ingredients:

7-8 pcs              Large shrimp

2-3 pcs              Garlic

2 pieces             Shallot

30g                    Butter

 Pepper a little

2 tsp                  Dried rosemary

200g                  Cream

50g                    Ricotta

80g                    Shred mozzarella cheese

 Salt a little

Step 1:

Defrost and wash the shrimp, use a knife to slide along the back curve, remove the digestive tract, and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Step 2:
