Preparation

125ml Pauls Full cream milk

1         Apple

250g Rolled oats

85g     Pecans

85g      Sultanas

1         Egg

1         Teaspoon cinnamon

½        Teaspoon baking soda

½        Teaspoon salt

½ cup   Brown sugar

250g     Flour

1tsp      Vanilla extract

Step 1: 

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (fan-forced). In a small bowl, combine the sifted flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.

Step 2: 

Grate apples and roughly chop nuts and place in a separate bowl. Add oats, vanilla extract, sultanas, Pauls’s Full Cream Milk, sifted brown sugar and beaten egg. Mix well.

Step 3: 

Combine all the ingredients into one large bowl by folding the dry ingredients through the wet mix. Using paper muffin cups inside a muffin tray, evenly pour the mixture into the cups. Place into the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Step 4:

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with butter, your favorite jam, or some Pauls Whipped Cream.
