With its characteristic shape, Pandoro is the specialty Christmas cake of Verona; Pandoro Chiostro di Saronno leavens naturally making the dough particularly soft and light. - Traditional Pandoro cake, in standard cardbox. - The Pandoro Chiostro di Saronno is produced according to the traditional recipe and criteria, through a slow and natural leavening and all ingredients, from flour to milk, eggs to butter, the yeast, are of natural origin strictly fresh and genuine, free of preservatives and colorant. - Ingredient: Wheat flour, but ter, fresh eggs, sugar, milk, natural yeast (wheat), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, glucose syrup, flavours, cocoa butter, salt.
