Mixer Srl was founded in 1990 during the time of diffusion of American Bars in Italy and the demand for more refined, natural (frequently exotic and tropical) fruit-based beverages.

Only the best varieties of sun ripened fruit crops are selected and harvested at optimum ripeness to manufacture our concentrated puree mixes. Mixer puree concentrates deliver rich and true to fruit flavor to your cocktails, mocktails, and more. Mixer fruit puree concentrates contain 100 % pureed fruit picked at the end of the season and then concentrated and bottled maintaining all the attributes from fresh fruit but now served in a drink.

They are ideal to strengthen and balance your beverages, working together with fruit in season and stand-alone when fresh is scarce and costly. They are consistent in flavour, sweetness, texture and acidity and used for a multitude of serves, be it cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes, tea’s, slushes and cold brew coffee.
