·         Select the product you wish to purchase, and carefully read the specifications and pricing details.

·         Click ADD TO CART to continue shopping or choose CHECKOUT & PAYMENT to proceed.

 

PAYMENT

You can choose one of two payment methods for your order on our platform:

  • Bank Transfer (prepayment before delivery): After successfully placing your order, our Customer service team will verify and contact you regarding the order. We will send detailed information and bank account for your review and do the payment. We typically contact you via Zalo or WhatsApp by phone number: 0909 808 367.
  • Cash on Delivery: You can pay in cash or via bank transfer directly to our Delivery staff upon delivery.

**Important Notes on Bank Transfers:

Only transfer money to the official account of Classic Fine Foods (Ngon Cổ Điển). Do not transfer to any personal accounts for any reason to avoid scams.

Transfer description: Include the name of the person placing the order + order number.

After completing the transfer, please take a screenshot and send it to our Customer service team or Delivery staff for verification.

If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 30 minutes (same bank) or 24 hours (interbank) after the transfer, please message or call the hotline 0909 808 367 to receive support.

**For VAT invoices:

If you need a VAT invoice, please include your Tax Code + Email for receiving the e-invoice in the "Message" section when placing your order. We only issue invoices within the month of purchase.

 

DELIVERY

For Ho Chi Minh City area:

  • Standard Delivery (Classic Fine Foods delivery service):

Delivery fees range from 60,000 VND to 100,000 VND, depending on your delivery location. (Please refer to the detailed table below.)

Orders will be combined together so the delivery time cannot be fixed due to order volumes and delivery schedules.

  •  Express Delivery (Customers arrange pickup at Classic Fine Foods warehouse):

If you need to receive your order within a specific time frame, you can arrange for pickup or use a delivery service to collect from our warehouse.

Pickup service fees are paid by the customer and orders must be prepaid via bank transfer.

Our Customer service team will inform you when your order is ready for pickup.

For areas near Ho Chi Minh City (not listed in the detailed table): Please contact our Customer Service team for more information.

DELIVERY FEE DELI

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returning or exchanging products must comply with certain conditions. Please refer to the detailed information below:

Upon receiving your order, please check the EXTERNAL condition of the package and product to ensure that the correct item, quantity, and color… were delivered as ordered, and that the packaging is intact and undamaged (no breakage, scratches, peeling, etc.).

If any of these issues are found, please reject the delivery, return the item to the delivery staff, and contact our Customer service team immediately—or within 72 hours from delivery (not applicable to temperature-sensitive products).

After 72-hour from delivery, we are sorry that we will not be able to process your complaint.

If you place an order and it is ready for delivery, but you cancel without a valid reason, your account on the Classic Deli website or app may be temporarily suspended for 1–2 weeks.

·        Conditions for Return/Exchange:

The product is defective due to manufacturing or does not match the description at the time of purchase.

The product still has its original seal, brand label, or manufacturer/supplier label.

The packaging is intact, not dented, torn, stained, etc.

The product is not dirty, scratched, cracked, broken, wet, chemically stained, or tampered with.

·    Non-returnable Items:

- Gift cards

- Promotional items

- Temperature-sensitive products (items requiring refrigeration or freezing)

- Used or incomplete products

- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse or failure to follow manufacturer instructions

- Products missing original packaging or labels

- Returned items damaged during transit back to Classic Deli.

·       Return/Exchange Methods:

Depending on the reason for return and the results of our quality inspection, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Exchange for a new product of the same type
  • Issue a voucher of equivalent value
  • Refund within 14 business days

·      Return/Exchange Costs:

We do not charge a fee for return/exchange requests. However:

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for any related costs (e.g., travel, phone charges).

We do not refund shipping or packaging fees for returns due to reasons not caused by Classic Deli or product defects.
