I/ Provision and delivery of the Order
1. Product availability
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limit of available stocks.
If some or all of the products ordered are unavailable, and/or if there is an incident relating to the order placed by the customer, Classic Deli will contact the customer by telephone or by e-mail.
On the website, a dedicated order tracking area allows Classic Deli customers to follow the progress of their order at any time.
In the event of the unavailability of all or part of the products ordered, the Classic Deli customer will be able to cancel all or part of the unavailable order, subject to prior written confirmation from Classic Deli.
In any event, no modification of the order (other than in the event of unavailability of products) will be accepted unless expressly agreed in advance by Classic Deli.
2. Method of delivery of products
Classic Deli offers its customers the following delivery and pick-up terms and conditions under the conditions below:

3. Product delivery time
The delivery time is specified on the Product Sheet at the time of order. It depends on the type of product ordered, the delivery constraints and the possible appointment booking.
It is specified that these delivery times and product availability are given as an indication. They do not constitute a firm commitment on the part of Classic Deli. No compensation of any kind whatsoever may be claimed by the Client in the event of the unavailability of one or more Products or a delay in the delivery of the order.
For orders comprising items that can be delivered on different dates with regard to the availability of the products ordered and/or their category (light product, heavy product, etc.), the indicated delivery time will be calculated based on the longest delivery time.
4. General case
The Products will be delivered to the professional establishment of the Classic Deli Customer within a minimum period of time.
5. Delivery address for products
The delivery of the order is made to the address provided by the Customer at the time he created his Classic Deli account, on his own authority.
6. Terms of delivery
Delivery is made by road transport. The place of delivery must therefore be accessible by road.
Classic Deli does not accept deliveries that require special equipment (boats, vats, lifts, etc.) or abnormal handling to unload the goods.
If events beyond the control of Classic Deli, such as force majeure, strikes, administrative decisions, natural events (road snow, landslides, storms...) or any other circumstances, have prevented or delayed the performance of its services, Classic Deli cannot be held liable in any way. No compensation will be granted to the Client in any of these situations.
Upon delivery of the order, the Client must present to the carrier appointed by Classic Deli his order summary/order confirmation including the order number and his identity card.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer or one of his duly authorized representatives undertakes to check the goods delivered (number of products, good condition of the products, etc.), to sign and stamp the transport order and/or the accompanying document and to mention, if necessary, any reservations (damage, non-compliance with the specifications indicated on the order form, etc.).
In any event, in the absence of a reservation and written confirmation in the aforementioned forms and within the aforementioned time limits, the product order is deemed to have been delivered in compliance and any claim will be deemed inadmissible.
7. Absence of the Client upon delivery
If the Customer does not collect his order within 1 week after the carrier's attempted delivery, this will have the effect of cancelling the sale. The sums paid by the Client will then be retained by Classic Deli as compensation. It must be specified that it is not possible to make partial deliveries.
8. Delivery Fee
Free Delivery if value of order >500,000vnd and within 15km (10km for Danang)
No Free Delivery if order with promotion products, customers need to pay delivery fee, according to the service charge from delivery service (ex. Grab, Lalamove).

Please note that any claim should be notified to our customer service within 24 hours after delivery.
· Wrong quantity, wrong products:
· We strictly control the packing and picking process, however some mistakes can occur. Therefore we encourage our customers to check the goods against the official invoice upon delivery. Regarding wrong quantity or wrong item, only claims done updong delivery will be accepted.
§ In case of mistake from our side, we will proceed with the return and delivery of the right item / quantity within 24 hours.
§ Problem on product Quality :
§ We are certified ISO22000:2018 : we put all our efforts to ensure the respect of the food safety standards.
§ In case you notice a problem on the product quality upon the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours to organize the return of the product. Prior to any return, our Quality Assurance Department will contact you to investigate the issue:
§ The quality issue is confirmed : We will provide a full refund by credit note on your account or replacement for the faulty item.
§ The quality issue is rejected : We reserve the right to refuse returns if in our reasonable opinion, we do not consider the good to be faulty. The quality issues is rejected if you do not store the products at the right temperature. You should check carefully the products when receiving.
Only regular prices products may be refunded, unfortunately discounted products cannot be refunded.
