I. Ingredients:
3-4 piece of Salmon Fillet (~150g/pc)
40g President Unsalted Butter (5 portion)
Olive Oil (Should use Pomace Olive Oil)
Fresh Lemon
Chopped garlic
Honey
Parsley
II. Instructions:
- First, season both side of Salmon with salt & pepper.
- In a hot pan, add in olive oil (should use pomace olive oil) and Place the Salmon into the pan (If you use Salmon with skin-on, sear with the skin-side down first then flip and finish cooking the second side). Next, melting 40g (5 portion) of President Unsalted Butter and chopped garlic.
- Tilt pan to spoon garlic butter over Salmon for 1 minutes on each side.
- Add in 20ml lemon juice, tsp lemon zest, 10ml (around 2tsp) honey. Then stir well and Let them simmer about 3 minutes.
- Transfer the Salmon to plates, pour the sauce over the Salmon and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- And the Salmon Butter Lemon Sauce is ready!
