Mixture of chopped meats from quality parts of the bellota Ibérico pig, seasoned, stuffed and cured in the natural dryers and storehouses. It is notable for intense purplish tones, bright fat, juicy with a balanced touch of pepper.
Serve: best enjoyed at room temperature, it is advisable to consume the slices within 2-3 days
