Mixture of chopped meats from quality parts of the bellota Ibérico pig, seasoned, stuffed and cured in the natural dryers and storehouses. It is notable for intense red color, bright fat, juicy with a balanced touch of paprika.
Serve: Once opened, it is advisable to consume the slices within 2-3 days
