Chorizo slices are cured chorizo vela or Iberico chorizo slice are either made with hot or sweet pimento. They are packed in 100g or 500g packs and are pre-sliced making them the ideal convenience food. They can be eaten straight out of the pack and are perfect for a quick, simple tapas or as part of a charcuterie board.
